Political tensions escalated in the national capital as protests over the paper leak issue intensified. After violent clashes between protesters and security forces, Congress MPs led by Rahul Gandhi launched a dharna outside the Prime Minister's residence, demanding the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Union Home Minister Amit Shah amid the growing political storm, Union Minister Jitendra Singh reached out to Rahul Gandhi, while a crucial high-level meeting involving Amit Shah, Dharmendra Pradhan, and Kiren Rijiju lasted over three hours.
