Prime Minister Narendra Modi asserted that paper leaks are unacceptable and must not recur, while warning against politicisation. Union ministers, including JP Nadda and Piyush Goyal, met Home Minister Amit Shah to strategise the government’s response.
One minister had earlier engaged with CJP representatives who submitted three key demands. The House also touched upon farmer safeguards in trade agreements.
