Union Minister JP Nadda visits Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital to meet injured students, protesters and police personnel after violent clashes during the CJP-led NEET protest in Delhi. Over 118 police were injured amid stone-pelting and vandalism. Senior ministers including Amit Shah and Piyush Goyal held discussions on the way forward amid sharp Opposition criticism.
PM Narendra Modi asserted that paper leaks cannot be allowed to recur and urged parties not to politicise the issue. CJP representatives submitted three key demands and are awaiting government response. Parliament saw repeated disruptions and adjournment. The government also reiterated safeguards for farmers in trade pacts.
