Delhi Police have registered four FIRs and detained over 70 people after the violent protest near Jantar Mantar. Cases include criminal conspiracy, attempt to murder, rioting, unlawful assembly, assault on public servants and Arms Act provisions. Over 118 security personnel were injured amid stone-pelting, broken barricades, damaged police vehicles and vandalised public property. The march lacked permission and a drone was allegedly used in a restricted Parliament zone.
Police are analysing videos and social media to identify culprits. Security has been ramped up at Jantar Mantar as more protesters gather. A Wayanad MP also weighed in on youth and farmers' issues.
