Iran’s Revolutionary Guards said on Tuesday (July 21, 2026) they hit U.S. military targets including air defence systems in Bahrain and Kuwait, state news agency IRNA reported. Iran’s Revolutionary Guards said Tuesday they stopped two “non-compliant oil tankers” attempting to transit the Strait of Hormuz, according to a report by IRNA. Also read: An expanding regional war The U.S. military said late on Monday (July 20, 2026) it finished its latest round of strikes on Iran, saying it hit Iranian military command centres, missile and drone launch sites, maritime capabilities and air defence systems. The Guards said they struck two air defence systems and a radar installation at two different U.S. outposts in Bahrain, as well as missile defence systems and radars and satellite reception systems in Kuwait.
