Actor and content creator Sahiba Bali has urged the media to stop speculating about her personal life after she shared a picture of Indians standing in solidarity with protesters outside the High Commission of India in London. Sharing a photo from the demonstration, which backed Cockroach Janata Party's (CJP) protest in India demanding accountability and urgent reforms in India's education system after irregularities in the NEET examination, Sahiba said her dating life was "not national news" and asked the media to focus on issues that matter instead. But dikhana hai toh yeh dekhao na (But if you want to show something, show this instead) (sic)." The photo showed members of the Indian diaspora protesting in solidarity with the people protesting across India, demanding accountability and urgent reforms in the country's education system.
The CJP protesters have been at the protest site at Delhi's Jantar Mantar since June 6, demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the irregularities in the NEET exam. Educationist and activist Sonam Wangchuk had been on an indefinite hunger strike there before he was detained and shifted to Safdarjung Hospital. Another creator, who shared a video from the protest site in London, wrote, "Today, we stood outside the High Commission of India in London in solidarity with the nationwide protests demanding accountability and urgent reforms in India's education system *sic)." The post added, "Students deserve better. People across India and Indians living abroad are demanding transparent leadership and responsibility from those entrusted with the nation's education. Those who fail to deliver meaningful reforms must be held accountable, and if they are unable to fulfil their responsibilities, they should make way for capable leadership.

Sahiba's post comes days after she was linked to actor Arjun Kapoor following their appearance together at Lord's Cricket Ground in London during the third ODI between India and England. The sighting fuelled dating rumours across social media. Responding to the speculation at the time, Sahiba shared a picture with Arjun on Instagram Stories and captioned it, "Don't believe everything pt 2." The caption was a follow-up to another Story in which she had shared a screenshot of a social media post that mistakenly identified her as actor Anushka Sharma. Reacting to the mi up, she had written, "Don't believe everything pt 1," before posting the picture with Arjun, indicating that not everything circulating online should be believed.
