Delhi Police has tightened security in the national capital ahead of the Monsoon Session of Parliament and the Cockroach Janta Party's (CJP) planned "Chalo Sansad" march on Monday. CJP protestors were seen arriving at the protest site at Jantar Mantar in huge numbers as the outfit prepared for the rally.
