The protesters are demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. The situation led to disruptions across key locations, including Jantar Mantar, Connaught Place, Raisina Road, and near Rail Bhavan.
Security personnel and the Rapid Action Force deployed tear gas and resorted to lathi charges to disperse the crowds after barricades were broken.
