Vande Mataram Bill: क्यों चर्चा में है वंदे मातरम बिल? समझिए.. | Parliament Monsoon Session 2026 मॉनसून सत्र के पहले दिन गृहमंत्री अमित शाह राज्यसभा में वंदे मातरम से जुड़ा बिल पेश करेंगे....साथ ही राज्यसभा की बिजनेस एडवाइ़जरी कमेटी की बैठक आज दोपहर 1 बजे होगी... वंदे मातरम से जुड़ा बिल लाने के पीछे सरकार का मकसद राष्ट्रीय गीत वंदे मातरम को वही कानूनी और कानूनी सुरक्षा देना है, जो अभी राष्ट्रीय गान, जन गण मन को मिली हुई है... अगर यह बिल लागू होता है, तो यह राष्ट्रीय सम्मान के अपमान की रोकथाम एक्ट में बदलाव करेगा... जिसके बाद वंदे मातरम का अपमान करना एक सजा वाला अपराध बन जाए...
साथ ही कानूनी सुरक्षा के मामले में इसे राष्ट्रीय गान के बराबर हो जाएगा... इस कानून के लागू होने के बाद अगर कोई जानबूझकर राष्ट्रीय गीत का अपमान करता है या गाने में रुकावट डालता है... तो उसे तीन साल तक की जेल... जुर्माना या दोनों हो सकते हैं... ये बिल सरकार राष्ट्रगीत वंदे मातरम की 150वीं सालगिरह के साल भर चलने वाले जश्न के मौके पर लेकर आई है... On the first day of the monsoon session, Home Minister Amit Shah will introduce a bill related to Vande Mataram in the Rajya Sabha. The Rajya Sabha's Business Advisory Committee will also meet today at 1 p.m. The government's objective behind introducing the bill is to provide the national song, Vande Mataram, with the same legal and judicial protections currently afforded to the national anthem, Jana Gana Mana.
If enacted, this bill will amend the Prevention of Insults to Honour Act, making insulting Vande Mataram a punishable offense. Furthermore, it will be equal to the national anthem in terms of legal protections. After the implementation of this law, anyone who intentionally insults or obstructs the singing of the national song could face up to three years in prison, a fine, or both. The government has introduced this bill to coincide with the year-long celebration of the 150th anniversary of the national song, Vande Mataram.
