They should carefully monitor the news to maintain full situational awareness and should avoid locations seeing higher levels of military activity such as those along the southern coast of the country," the advisory stated. The embassy also asked Indian nationals present in Iran who have not yet registered with it to do so immediately. Registered citizens have been advised to regularly monitor the embassy’s website and social media platforms for further updates. The advisory comes amid renewed regional tensions and follows the embassy’s continued efforts to issue safety guidance for Indian citizens in Iran.
