Asked whether his party had sought an apology, Mhatre replied, “If I have made a mistake, the party can punish me.

I am ready for that." Atul pointed out that he had assaulted medical professionals, disrupted hospital services and inconvenienced other patients. Pressed on whether he accepted any responsibility, Mhatre remained defiant. Griha Atul: “Because of your aggression, other patients have suffered. The OPD has been suspended and only emergency services are functioning. Don’t you bear any responsibility?" Ramesh Mhatre: “What responsibility? This is my work. We are here to support the public. We are among those who fight injustice for the people." When Atul argued that he could not claim to fight injustice while allegedly committing it himself, Mhatre continued to defend his actions, insisting the viral footage was misleading. “The visuals are wrong.
