The court halted the bulldozer action and put a stay on the demolition until the end of July or the next hearing. The court has sought all property records from the state, noting that facts cannot be verified at this stage.
While the state claims the office had no construction nod, the petitioner claims that no demolition notice was served and bulldozers were deployed without a hearing.
