Want Super Early Access To Trump's Truth Social Posts? It'll Cost You Up To $100,000 Published By, Last Updated: July 19, 2026, 14:08 IST Trump's Truth Social is mulling a plan to provide banks, traders, and anyone who needs information quickly for financial calls quick access to President's posts for a steep fees. Rapid Read Early access to Trump and other prominent personalities could fetch a steep price. (Image source: Reuters) Trump Media & Technology Group has unveiled a paid data service plan that would provide ultra-fast access to posts from top Truth Social accounts, including U.S. President Donald Trump. The product, called Truth API, will deliver content from 10 high-impact accounts to banks, hedge funds and trading firms faster than standard app notifications. The company says the service is aimed at clients for whom even seconds of delay can carry financial costs, according to a report by Reuters. That includes algorithmic trading firms that rely on speed to act on breaking information. Until now, many such firms tracked Truth Social manually or scraped data, often in violation of platform rules.
The Truth API service could, reportedly, range between $60,000 to $100,000. Truth API is positioned as a fix to that gap. It also marks Trump Media’s first formal step into data licensing, creating a new revenue stream as it looks to expand beyond its core social media business. Interim CEO Kevin McGurn said markets already react to posts on the platform, and demand for faster access is expected to grow. Speed Advantage Trump’s posts have repeatedly jolted markets, from tariff announcements to comments on China trade policy. On April 9, 2025, Wall Street indexes jumped sharply after he posted that new tariffs would be paused for 90 days. Market participants acknowledge the influence. One fund manager said Trump is effectively the only consistent market-moving voice on Truth Social. That makes early access to his posts particularly valuable. Fairness Debate Critics, however, say the paid feed could deepen inequalities. Faster access may give well-funded firms an edge over smaller players. Senator Ron Wyden argued, as noted in the report, the move could benefit the Trump family financially while boosting Wall Street profits.
Legal experts note that tiered data access is not unusual and may not violate securities laws, even if it raises fairness concerns. Trump’s financial ties also draw attention. A trust holding a large stake in the parent company is overseen by his children, though past statements from the White House have denied conflicts of interest. The service will offer round-the-clock monitoring and archived posts dating back to 2022. It is set to launch on August 1, with early clients already signed up, as Trump Media signals a more aggressive push into monetizing its platform’s political influence.
