The United States Central Command has confirmed that two US troops were killed and one service member is missing following Iranian missile and drone attacks on targets in Jordan. The attacks occurred while US forces were defending Jordan. Four other US troops were evacuated and subsequently discharged, with the injured personnel returning to duty.
In response, the US has continued to mount retaliatory attacks on Iran for the eighth consecutive night.
