Star Air will resume flight services between Kalaburagi and Bengaluru from June 10, Regional Sales Manager (South) of the airline Sohail Ahmed announced during a meeting with office-bearers of the Kalyana Karnataka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KKCCI) in Kalaburagi on Wednesday.
Ahmed informed the chamber members that ticket bookings for the services have already opened.
Speaking to presspersons, KKCCI president Sharanabasappa M.
Pappa expressed happiness over the restoration of air connectivity between Kalaburagi and Bengaluru.
He said that the chamber has been continuously pursuing the matter with Union Civil Aviation Ministers, Central Ministers and State government authorities after the suspension of flight services from Kalaburagi Airport.
