Hyderabad auto driver gets 20 years in jail for sexually assaulting boy

• A special POCSO court in Hyderabad on Tuesday sentenced a 23-year-old auto-rickshaw driver to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment for sexually assaulting an 11-year-old boy in 2019. Special Sessions Judge G Uday Bhaskar Rao of the POCSO court pronounced the judgment against Abdul Rehman, a Secunderabad resident.

• When the boy resisted, Rehman allegedly smashed his head against a wall, causing him to bleed profusely.
