As part of preventive measures, She Teams and the AHTU conducted awareness programmes across various locations in Cyberabad, reaching around 2,378 participants. Officials created awareness on issues including human trafficking, child trafficking, eve teasing, social media harassment, child marriages, child labour, stalking, begging, cyber bullying and cyber frauds.

Information regarding women’s helpline 181, child helpline 1098, Dial 100 and cybercrime helpline 1930 was also shared. Separately, the Society for Cyberabad Security Council organised an initiative titled “Dialogue for a Better & Healthier Tomorrow” at the HSBC campus on May 19, engaging more than 150 employees in discussions on safety, mental wellbeing and community partnership. Addressing the programme, Women and Child Safety Wing DCP K. Srujana highlighted the importance of community policing, cyber awareness and legal safeguards for women and children.

Other speakers discussed workplace wellness, public safety partnerships, emergency preparedness and physical security measures. Officials said the initiative aimed to strengthen collaboration between corporates, law enforcement agencies and the community to promote safer and healthier workplaces and neighbourhoods.
