Bidar MP carries out site inspection for railway underpass project

• Bidar MP Sagar Eshwar Khandre on Thursday conducted a joint site inspection near College in Old Adarsh Colony in connection with the proposed construction of a railway underpass in the city.
• The inspection was carried out along with Deputy Commissioner Shilpa Sharma, officials from the Railways, Air Force and Archaeological Department.
• During the visit, the MP held discussions with officials on the feasibility and technical aspects of the proposed railway underpass.
• Later, Mr. Khandre said that construction of a railway underpass near Old Adarsh Colony has been a long-pending demand of the public but, the project was delayed due to several issues.
• “After continuous follow-up and efforts to resolve the hurdles, a joint survey has now been conducted with officials of the Air Force, Railways and Archaeological Department,” he said.
