Israeli forces have withdrawn from Hebron in the occupied West Bank after a 10-day military operation that displaced hundreds of Palestinian families and caused widespread economic disruption.
At least 537 families were reported displaced, while Israeli forces demolished two homes belonging to Palestinians accused of killing Israeli soldiers. The operation also disrupted businesses, movement and daily life across the city.
Hebron is a major centre of Palestinian commerce and industry. Residents now face the challenge of recovering from the lockdown, damaged property and lost livelihoods. Al Jazeera’s Nour Odeh reports from the occupied West Bank.
