Ebrahim Rezaei, spokesman for Iran’s parliamentary Security and Foreign Policy Committee, posted the remarks on social media platform X, saying Iran would respond strongly to what he called as an attack on the Dahiyeh district of Beirut. “We will deliver a decisive and painful response to the Zionist regime’s attack on Dahiyeh," Rezaei wrote. “These rabid dogs must be disciplined and put back in their place.
