Members of GoPals, a volunteer-driven organisation dedicated to promoting sustainable living and conservation of Indian breed cows, conducted its first-ever âWalk2HEALâ walkathon at Divyaramam (Nagaravanam park) in Tirupati on Sunday (June 7, 2026).
The message was to promote the products of Desi cows in every walk of life.
The inaugural edition witnessed the participation of more than 500 members, including local residents and social activists.
After a brief yoga session by the participants, the walkathon covered a distance of four km through the scenic trails of the park, abutting the Tirumala hills.
The series of interactive and educational activities that followed included a workshop on crafting eco-friendly âGomayaâ Ganapati idols and keychains.
