A high-speed police chase unfolded in Odisha's Ganjam district after a JCB was stolen from the Kalikote police station area. Police personnel from four stations, including Kalikote, Ramba, Purushottampur, and Kabi Suryanagar, launched a coordinated operation to intercept the vehicle. Viral CCTV footage showed the speeding JCB repeatedly breaking through road barricades and evading police pursuit.
The suspect drove at full speed before the vehicle was intercepted a few kilometres away and the person was nabbed by the police.
