The Mysuru rural division of the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) will operate its bus services as per schedule on Thursday, despite the Karnataka bandh call.
Divisional Controller of the Mysuru rural division Veeresh H.T. said all scheduled services would operate normally, with no interruption in bus operations. He said the KSRTC
has requested the city and district police to provide security at bus stands and depots on Thursday in view of the bandh, to ensure that no
untoward incidents occur. Meanwhile, hotels in Mysuru have decided not to support the bandh, stating that they come under essential services and are required to remain operational.
