The prime accused in a major government land encroachment conspiracy linked to Gandipet has been arrested by the Narsingi police and the Cyberabad Economic Offences Wing (EOW) following an investigation into alleged forgery and fraudulent land regularisation.
The accused, Bolla Brahmanaidu, was traced to Kanchipuram in Tamil Nadu, and will be produced before the court.
The case was registered by the Narsingi police on May 23, 2026, based on a complaint filed by Gandipet Tahsildar N.
The complaint alleged that fake Government Orders, falsified revenue records and forged official documents were created to unlawfully occupy and regularise around 10 acres of valuable government land in survey number 18 of Gandipet mandal.
During the course of investigation, police officials had already arrested several accused, including members of the Nimmala family, Radhakrishna and his driver Prabeen Kumar.
