Raichur district completes 85.70% mapping

• Addressing a press conference in Raichur on Friday (June 5), Ms. Poovitha said that the 2002 electoral rolls had been considered as the benchmark and compared with the existing 2025 electoral rolls through a mapping process.
• The mapping process is a pre-Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls taken up by the Election Commission of India (ECI).
• As many as 17,20,924 voters are eligible according to the 2025 voters list.
